I am the owner and founder of Reflect and Renew Therapy LLC. I am a licensed therapist passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including community mental health, hospitals, group practice, and outpatient care.

I was born and raised in Florida, and I’m proud to provide services in the state that shaped me and where I’ve gained all my professional experience. While much of my work has been rooted in Jacksonville, I’ve also had the opportunity to serve clients in neighboring communities, further deepening my connection to the region and the people who call it home.

I specialize in working with teens and adults, particularly those navigating challenges related to trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, women’s issues, and individuals who have experienced a loss of loved one to suicide. My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered because I believe that every person’s journey is unique. By blending evidence-based techniques with empathy and collaboration, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals.

What inspires me most about this work is witnessing the incredible strength and resilience of my clients. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your story, build confidence, and create meaningful change in your life.
